About this deal

Within a few days of using both these products I really saw a change in my under eye area, the skin didn't feel dry and I felt my under eye circles had decreased.

I knew this product was going to do really well as Garnier's micellar water's are such a go-to makeup remover and are very popular. Despite having dry skin, I do feel like thicker creams tend to leave my face feeling over-saturated and oily. Add on the fact that my skin still felt hydrated come the morning, I have to say that this budget beauty product is definitely worth the hype.

Both the Lacura and Nivea night cream is 50ml, yet the Lacura one seems bigger because of the shape of the pot. Finally, the blusher is definitely on the shimmery side – if that's your cup of tea then it's well worth a whirl.

Aldi's skincare and beauty products are extremely cheap and value for money, most of the products are inspired by well known beauty brands and are known as 'dupes'. Shocker, I’m a guy and have horribly dry and sensitive skin, and I got introduced to the pixi brand rose oil, this, to me, is better it’s lightweight which is a surprise for oil and it gives a healthy glow without looking like an oil slick. I tried drinking more water (and less wine, thanks to dry January), sleeping more etc but nothing seemed to work. However, I can’t honestly say they have reduced my fine lines at this point in time and have no raised expectations.I love Lacura and bought some supplies before the first lockdown, including the Liz Earle cleanser dupe, Caviar creams, Rejuvelate and Rose Facial Oil. The Smashbox primer is thicker and more rubbery, while the Lacura primer was more gel-like, and started to melt with the heat of my hand – unlike the more expensive brand.

There are two different palettes which come in and out of stick and each palette has 12 long-lasting natural shades. You will have to keep applying this product for a 2-3 times a week or a few weeks to see noticeable changes to your skin but It's the perfect cool down and refreshing sleeping mask. Yep, this too also contains glycolic, lactic acid, prickly pear and lemongrass extract and is loved by a legion of fans for its ability to breaks apart pore-clogging debris, reduce the appearance of congestion, minimise fine lines and brighten skin over time.I was so impressed with this Lacura eye cream, I never thought that a skincare product from Aldi would be so similar to a product from Clinique.

Who wouldn’t be tempted to fill their bathroom with all their hair and beauty staples without blowing the budget! With glowing reviews and products going viral on social media, I have always wondered if the supermarket's own-brand of skincare products are as good as people say. Thanks to its glycolic acid-infused formula, the toner refines the texture of the skin while gently exfoliating it.Aldi's own skincare and beauty range 'Lacura' is giving big beauty brands like Liz Earle, Clinique, L'Oréal and Garnier a run for their money, as some of the Aldi's skincare products are almost identical to the products from expensive brands. If I had to be super picky I’d say the Nivea plastic is a little thicker, so feels more expensive – but you just wouldn’t notice if you weren’t trying to pick the pot apart. And All Cruelty Free’, intrigue is sure to follow; particularly when the Lacura range (Aldi’s dedicated beauty offering which covers skincare, body care, make-up, hair care and candles) garners a lot of hype online, with many 5-star reviews. Smoothed out my menopausal skin so my foundation was easy to apply and didn’t sit on my lines and wrinkles.
