About this deal

Though I'm only near the end of season 2, having watched before on either DVD or Bluray, the 4k print is exceptional and a major improvement, both in terms of detail and colour realism. Because of the many, worldly environments in Game of Thrones, some real and many obviously CGI, the forever ranging landscapes are what really draw me in from the vast snowy mountainsides to castle interiors to outdoor battlefields and so much more. DISCLAIMER: This 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray review was judged and graded using the following 4K certified Ultra HD Premium television set found here and player here. I would be foolish not to mention how textures in elements such as stones in walls, masonry, sand, dragon scales, feathers on arrows and even vegetation all look incredulous too. Plus there's a special features bonus disc with loads of cool behind the scenes stuff, most of which you've probably never seen before.

times even general detail levels, but I found the sixth and seventh seasons in particular to be quite good in both of those regards. The densest parts of the soundtrack - including the opening title track - can sound a little soupy, too. Good shout out I hadn't realised they had started adding in 4K HDR like you said late but I guess better late then never. Another thing that happened is that the Game of Thrones: The Complete Collection from HBO released in early November 2020. Consumer Products by Snow Commerce, which is soley responsible for the site's content and all aspects of your purchase.WONKA — The Magical Adventure of a Young Chocolate Maker Comes Home on 4K, Blu-ray and DVD on February 27th! Die 20 Euro, die das Produkt als Grossbritannien- Import billiger ist, zahlt man als Zollgebühren hinterher drauf, eine unschöne Überraschung. Also, because the image was captured in 10-bit, and Ultra HD presents that bit depth fully, gone are the banding artifacts that were visible in the BD image (you notice this almost immediately after the opening credits in the first episode, as the banner-men from Winterfell capture the deserter from the Night’s Watch—when they ride over the hill, the banding visible in the sky in that scene is now gone). We don’t know who exactly created Game of Thrones: The Complete Collection, and we enjoy the mystery, but they did a great service to fans of the show, fans of quality entertainment, and the cause of home cinema projectors.

The extras on this 4K Blu-ray release are the same as those delivered with the previous HD Blu-ray release except that, sadly, they don’t include any ‘in-episode guides’.This is a series where it feels like anything can happen… and that is a rare and wonderful thing indeed. I personally can’t think of a more perfect way to cap off the completion of watching all the seasons across these discs. Truth be told though, it’s always the vast and breathtaking outdoor scenes that do it for me here season after season. Game of Thrones: Reunion Special: A two-part reunion show shot live in Belfast with the cast, both past and present, hosted by Conan O'Brien and available exclusively on these complete series collections.
