About this deal

We made the bouncy 'ball' (the mould provided wasn't a ball, and it looks like many kits have non-spherical shapes) by attempting to follow the instructions. The mould was easy to open, but one half stuck in to the extent that it seemed the ball would break rather than it coming out, and I had to get a knife to assist it. Seller has stated it will dispatch the item within 1 working day upon receipt of cleared payment - opens in a new window or tab . Easy And fun to make My 7 year old daughter bought this with her pocket money and couldn’t wait to get home and make some bouncy balls, with the help of her 10 year old brother it kept them entertained for a couple of hours experimenting with ways to make the balls. Take your imaginative boys and girls on a planetary journey with this Magic Bouncy Ball Kit from Creative Kids.

It didn't even tell you what you were making the ball from, which to my mind is a missed opportunity to introduce children to a bit of science whilst they are having fun. Meet this squad of cool, cosmic characters, each with their own personality that can be customised by you.The next instructions were to add some water, and immerse the mould (which has some holes) in water.

With everything you need included in this brilliant STEM set, the Bouncing Balls set let's you discover science in an easy way. Its great for the development of fine motor skills especially for children with sen and autism as its an activity that doesn’t take to long so holds their attention from start to finish. We are also including a few extra packets with every purchase to ensure there is always enough material in each kit. Learn, Have Fun, Bounce, Repeat: Our science party favors kit for kids is here to help your little scientists discover more about the science behind bouncy magic balls! I wasn’t sure why my ball didn’t come out as a fully formed circle but instead, one with an ever so slightly flat end, but so did little mans.

It was a bit sticky to start with, but after 5 minutes of drying it is a pretty good bouncy ball and my son proudly showed it to his friends later in the day. By bouncing the ball back and forth with a partner or rolling it against the wall, students can measure the angles. Using the Bouncing Ball Class Kit, students can develop models to describe the atomic composition of simple molecules and their structures or properties.
